For a period of 18 minutes beginning approximately 4:00pm EDT (20:00 UTC), customers were unable to access the OpenSRS Batch Processing tool, experiencing timeout messages. Our Operations team reinitialized the affected component and subsequent testing shows that service has returned to normal.
