SSL Service is Online
All SSL certificates, including Wildcards, are available for ordering. GeoTrust located an additional bug in the code promotion which delayed the availability of these services until this morning. We tested and confirm that the functionality for both Wildcard ordering and use of the Parse CSR tool are now back online.

Geotrust advises that we should expect a solution later this evening. They are investigating two related issues of Wildcard orders not processing and the CSR Parse tool not working. All other SSL requests are being accepted.

Geotrust confirmed that bugs in a recent code promotion have caused our two related concurrent issues: Wildcard orders not processing and the CSR Parse tool not working. All other SSL requests are processing. Geotrust is working to resolve these bugs on their end. We are keeping a close watch and will advise of any changes.

We continue to work with GeoTrust to investigate why Wildcard orders are not processing and the Parse CSR tool is not working. Our records show that other types of SSL orders are processing. We continue to closely monitor and are working hard to resolve this issue.

There are connection issues with GeoTrust proxy for SSL Certificate orders. Resellers were experiencing intermittent delays earlier today. We show that these are processing right now for most SSL types. We have determined that the Parse CSR tool is not working and Wildcard orders are not being processed. We are looking into both of these issues and will keep you posted.

We are working with our vendor to investigate an issue with their proxy for SSL Certificate orders. Resellers may experience intermittent delays with their requests. We are accepting new orders and queuing them for delivery acceptance with the vendor. No requests will be lost as we work through this issue.

The .BIZ registry has resolved the connectivity issues experienced earlier this morning. Our NOC team tested and confirm that all is working well and back to normal. Order requests which were queued are now being delivered. Thanks for your patience.

The .CN registry has resolved the connectivity issues experienced earlier this morning. Our NOC team tested and confirm that all is working well and back to normal. Order requests which were queued are now being delivered. Thanks for your patience.

Domain Service is Online
All approval emails for transfers, authorization codes and domain passwords are being sent to customers. Our Network Operations Centre team advises that the queue for these requests was fully cleared overnight.
