Domain Service is Degraded
12:55
Please note, that at the moment there is a queue of approval emails for transfers, authorization codes and domain passwords for OpenSRS Domains Provisioning and Management. Our Operations team has just added more servers to handle the increased load. They estimate that all email messages will be delivered in the next 5 - 6 hours.
We apologize for the inconvenience to you and your customers.
15:43
The new servers have distributed the load. All new approval requests are now being processed. There is still a queue of messages that are still being delivered. Selected servers are out of the pool to allow them to be flushed. Our Operation team estimates this process will take a few hours to complete. In the meantime, we are processing new orders without delay.
