OpenSRS Status

OpenSRS Email Cluster A has entered a 4 hour maintenance window for network firmware upgrades. (06:00 UTC)

Service Impact:

During this window, OpenSRS Email Cluster A will be intermittently unavailable. We are performing annual firmware (IOS) upgrades on all our network devices. We will also use this window to perform additional non-disruptive maintenance on some storage components. The following services will be unavailable: Provisioning, IMAP, POP, SMTP, Webmail. All messages will be remotely queued for delivery once the window is complete.

We do not anticipate needing the entire window. We are scheduling 4 hours as a precaution. As always, we will keep you informed of any changes through System Status (http://www.opensrsstatus.com/).

The OpenSRS Domain Provisioning and Management has entered a two hour scheduled maintenance window (at 05:00 UTC.)

Service Impact:
During this window, provisioning and management using the OpenSRS Domains service will be intermittently unavailable. We are performing annual firmware upgrades on all our network devices. We will also use this window to perform maintenance on the storage infrastructure. Domain Ordering and Provisioning (RWI and API) will be periodically unavailable for intervals of 1-2 minutes. Parked Pages and Whois will experience 15 minutes of unavailability within the window. If Resellers have queuing enabled, changes will be processed once the the window is complete. Domains will continue to resolve.

We do not anticipate needing the entire window. We are scheduling 2 hours as a precaution. As always, we will keep you informed of any changes through System Status (http://www.opensrsstatus.com/).

We contacted the .EU registry and confirm that they have a scheduled maintenance window on November 18: 17:00 UTC to November 19: 01:00 UTC. The service has been changed from Offline to In Maintenance.

Customers who have enabled provisioning queuing will have their orders queued until this is complete. Domains continue to resolve.

The .DE registry has a 1 hour scheduled maintenance starting now (16:00 UTC).
Service Impact: Domain provisioning and WHOIS will be unavailable. If you have provisioning queuing enabled, your provisioning jobs will be queued until the window is completed. Domains will continue to resolve normally.
