Storefront services are online. Our Operations team identified and addressed the cause of the intermittent connection issue which some Resellers may have experienced this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Incident Summary:
This morning Network Operations Centre (NOC) monitoring noted intermittent timeout issues for Resellers attempting to connect to Storefront. Our operations team was engaged to investigate at approximately 9:00 AM EST. The number of timeouts increased significantly around 11:00 AM EST. We listed the services as degraded. At this time, we were able to identify the source of the connection usage and began addressing accordingly. Connections were functioning regularly by noon, however, we left the service in degraded while we closely monitored. The service was returned to online at 12:35 PM EST.
