All .EU services are online. The .EU registry continues to investigate the root cause. We will provide an incident summary when it is available.
Incident Summary:
The .EU registry advised that there was an usually high load on their registration systems. Services were unavailable between 09:05ET- 09:57ET. The load decreased and services became fully available.

Email Cluster A is In Maintenance
There is a 3-hour maintenance for OpenSRS Email Services - Cluster A starting now (04:00 UTC). This time will be used to update the version of firmware (IOS) on a number of switches.
Service Impact:
OpenSRS Email Services Cluster A will be affected briefly during the 3-hour window.
Impact for Resellers:
The Mail Administration Center (MAC) will be temporarily unavailable for under 30 minutes within the window.
Impact for End-users:
The service interruption is expected to be less than an hour. It may be measured in minutes or seconds in some cases. During this window, customers may not have access to their mailboxes via IMAP, POP or Webmail. Inbound mail will be temporarily remotely queued for delivery.
Domain Service is In Maintenance
There is a 3 - hour OpenSRS Domains maintenance starting now (04:00 UTC). This time will be used to update the version of firmware (IOS) on a number of switches.
Service Impact:
OpenSRS Services will be affected within the 3-hour maintenance window. During this window, the service interruption is expected to be less than an hour.
Impact for Resellers:
The following services will be unavailable for up to one hour during the three hour window:
* OpenSRS Provisioning and Management (includes the RWI: ordering, renewals, transfers, deletion and management of domain names.)
* If you have queuing enabled, your requests will be processed once the window is complete.
* Provisioning of Managed DNS.
The following will remain available: Managed DNS zone resolution. All domains will continue to resolve.
Impact for End-users:
Domains will continue to resolve. Domain Management will be unavailable temporarily.
