Tucows Website Builder is In Maintenance
There is a 3-hour Tucows Website Builder maintenance starting now. (04:00 UTC). This time will be used to update the version of firmware (IOS) on a number of switches.
Service Impact:
OpenSRS Services will be affected within the 3-hour maintenance window. During this window, the service interruption is expected to be less than an hour.
Impact for Resellers:
The following services will be unavailable for up to one hour during the three hour window:
* Website Builder provisioning
* All domains will continue to resolve.
Storefront is In Maintenance
There is a 3-hour OpenSRS Storefront Services maintenance starting now (04:00 UTC). This time will be used to update the version of firmware (IOS) on a number of switches.
Service Impact:
OpenSRS Services will be affected within the 3-hour maintenance window. During this window, the service interruption is expected to be less than an hour.
Impact for Resellers:
The following services will be unavailable for up to one hour during the three hour window:
* Storefront (includes ordering, renewals, deletion and management of domain names.)
Impact for End-users:
Domains will continue to resolve. Domain Management will be unavailable temporarily.
.be is Online
The .BE maintenance is complete.
.be is In Maintenance
The .BE registry has a 4 hour and 30 minute maintenance window starting now (16:30 UTC) to upgrade the operating systems on their registration system servers and storages.
Service impact:
Domain provisioning and Whois will be unavailable. Customers who have enabled provisioning queuing will have their orders queued until this complete.
Domain Service is Online
OpenSRS Domains services are fully online. We investigated and resolved the intermittent timeout issue for our payment gateway. During this issue, customers may have been unable to top up their accounts.

Our NOC monitoring system began receiving alarms at approximately 01:27am. Our Technical teams began investigating while we announced that OpenSRS Domain Services were degraded. Customers would have received error messages and have been unable to top up their accounts.
The technical teams determined that the intermittent connection issue for payments was related to database load, which resulted in database slowness. Our technical team isolated services and the NOC monitoring alarms for the payment gateway services slowly disappeared. Services were fully online by 02:53 am.
We continued our investigation and addressed the issue with infrastructure changes.

The .TEL Production Community Telhosting maintenance is complete.
.tel is In Maintenance
The .TEL registry has a scheduled 3.5 hour maintenance for the Telhosting platform starting now (08:30 UTC).
Service Impact:
All .TEL ordering, Whois searching and .TEL profiles are fully available. This maintenance is for the Production Community Telhosting (PCT) Platform. (The Telhosting platform is where end users add their content for their .TEL listing).
