Incident Summary:
For approximately four hours today, from around 09:00 - 13:00 UTC, our domain name suggestion tool was unavailable due to timeouts. We contacted our upstream vendor who confirmed that they were experiencing network issues at their data center. The network issues have now been resolved and regular service has been restored.

Domain Service is Degraded
Our name suggestion tool remains unavailable. Our investigation has determined that the issue is with our upstream provider and we have contacted them for clarification. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
All other services are unaffected and all domains continue to resolve normally.
