We are currently experiencing problems with our Domain Service.

You may find that access to your account is slow or unavailable. Domain search and provisioning may be slow or unavailable.  We're working on a fix and will let you know as soon as we know more.

OpenSRS is fully online at this time.  The earlier issue noted in the original degraded update mentioned that expired domains could not be looked up.  Upon further investigation it was determined that the problem was limited to looking up deleted domain names only.  Our apologies for the confusion.

We are having issues viewing deleted domain names in the reseller web interface (RWI). We have a fix that we are rolling out now.

We've isolated the cause of the short outage (about 15 minutes) that we experienced to the Control Panel and Reseller Web Interface that affected many services.

At this time all services and control panels are back online.

We're experiencing an issue that affects the Reseller Web Interface (RWI) as well as the Control Panel for all services including Domains, Trust/SSL, Publishing and Offers.

We're investigating the cause and will have more shortly. In the meantime, you won't be able to log into our Control Panel or the RWI to manage services.

The issue was with one of our load balancers. We have addressed it and everything should be working properly now.

We are experiencing technical issues across all services in the OpenSRS unified control panel, including Domains, Trust and goMobi. We are all hands on deck right now diagnosing the problem and getting everything back to normal. We will provide updates as we have them.

We've noticed that a very small percentage of jobs submitted through the Bulk Tools functionality in OpenSRS Control Panel are getting 'stuck'. These bulk jobs then time out and don't complete fully. We're investigating to figure out what the cause is, but in the meantime, if you do submit a job through Bulk Tools, please check the queue to ensure that the job completed as expected.

Monitoring indicates that the issue affecting domain extensions that require manual processing (.AT, .CH, .DK, .ES, .FR, .LI and .MX.) has been resolved fully and everything is back online and working as expected.

We're still investigating the cause, and we'll update this post with that information once we have it.
