		<description><![CDATA[OpenSRS is fully online at this time.  The earlier issue noted in the original degraded update mentioned that expired domains could not be looked up.  Upon further investigation it was determined that the problem was limited to looking up deleted domain names only.  Our apologies for the confusion.]]></description>
