Email Service Cluster A is back online. Users should have complete access to email. We'll have more information on the root cause in the coming days.

We're continuing to work to restore full service on Email Cluster A. Users will continue to experience intermittent issues with service through IMAP, POP and Webmail.

We're noticing some issues with Email Service Cluster A. Some users might experience slowness, or intermittent inability to log in. This is affecting IMAP, POP and Webmail.

We are currently experiencing problems with Cluster A of our Email Service.

Some customers will not be able to send or receive email and cannot access webmail. We're working to resolve the issue and will update you as soon as we can.

Service has been restored for all users on Email Cluster A. We'll provide more details about the root cause and will update this post with that information when we have it.

The Cluster is currently coming back online and affected users are regaining access to mail. We're continuing to monitor and will provide further updates shortly.

We're continuing to investigate the issue that is affecting Email Cluster A. About half of users on the Cluster will be without access to mail at this time. The other half will have access, but could be experiencing slowness.
