On Saturday, September 24, 2011 between 5:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. EST (0900 and 1300 UTC) we will be performing maintenance on the OpenSRS Platform.

During this window we will be performing a hardware upgrade to part of our network infrastructure. We are allocating four hours for this maintenance but we don't anticipate requiring the entire window. Actual service interruption should be approximately 15-20 minutes with the potential for slightly longer periods. The team will work actively to minimize the impact of all maintenance work.

All services (including Domains, Blogware, Parked Pages, Storefront, Trust Services and Website Builder) are expected to be unavailable intermittantly during the window. Domains will continue to resolve, but DNS provisioning will be unavailable.

End users are now be able to login to their mailboxes, with full send/receive functionality for POP3/IMAP/Webmail. Users may notice a slight delay in the delivery of inbound mail as we process mail that was queued as a result of this event.
