Email Cluster 'B' is currently in maintenance.

Beginning at about 11pm EDT, we attempted to perform a failover procedure within the storage infrastructure for the Email Cluster 'B". This failover has been done in the past without incident, and was performed to allow us to take care of some routine maintenance that shouldn't have caused any impact to customers.

The failover procedure didn't go as planned and the result was that the cluster was in an Offline state for about 30 minutes between 11:00PM EDT and 11:30PM EDT while we investigated why.

Service was restored at about 11:35 PM EDT and the cluster is currently online - customers have access to all services (webmail, POP and IMAP) and mail is flowing normally.

We are putting the service 'In Maintenance' at this point because we have yet to perform the maintenance that was originally required.

We don't expect there to be any further interruptions in service, but we will need to perform another failover procedure that may impact the service.

We'll keep you updated when that happens in the event there is further impacts to customers.

Intermittent slowness with provisioning on the OpenSRS Cluster B email service has been resolved.

Email flow inbound and outbound was not affected at any time during this issue.

We continue to experience infrequent, intermittent slowness with Provisioning and certain Mail Administration Center operations across cluster B. Operations is working to resolve this issue.

Email flow inbound and outbound and the Webmail/IMAP/POP3 service are working normally.

The issue we had previously with provisioning on our Cluster B Email Service has been resolved.  All provisioning is working normally at this time.

Operations has detected intermittent slowness in provisioning in our Cluster B email service.  Operations and Engineering are investigating at this time.

Email flow inbound and outbound and the Webmail/IMAP/POP3 service are working normally.

Webmail users on OpenSRS Email Service Cluster 'B' may experience issues sending mail. Incoming mail is not affected. We're investigating and we'll let you know more when we can.

OpenSRS Email Service Cluster B has a 4-hour maintenance window beginning in 15 minutes.

During this window customers may experience intermittent disruptions to services lasting between 5 and 15 minutes. The following services will be affected: Provisioning, IMAP, POP, SMTP and Webmail. No mail will be lost and all messages will be remotely queued. We do not anticipate needing to utilize the entire window.
