The maintenance on OpenSRS Email Service Cluster B is complete and all services are back online as usual.
Email Cluster B is In Maintenance
OpenSRS Email Service Cluster B has a 4-hour maintenance window beginning in 15 minutes.
During this window customers may experience intermittent disruptions to services lasting between 5 and 15 minutes. The following services will be affected: Provisioning, IMAP, POP, SMTP and Webmail. No mail will be lost and all messages will be remotely queued. We do not anticipate needing to utilize the entire window.

Customers on OpenSRS Email Service 'Cluster B' may experience minor delays with delivery of inbound mail to their mailboxes. We're looking into the issue and we'll let you know when things are back to normal. Outbound mail is unaffected. No mail has been lost.

Email Cluster B is Degraded
Hey folks! We wanted to let you know that we've been alerted to an issue that's causing a slowness with provisioning requests. This means that newly created mail accounts will be delayed upon creation.
Mail delivery is fully functional as well as any admin functions performed by your users (for example, changing passwords).
As soon as we learn more, we'll provide more updates.
