Email Cluster A is Degraded
We've restored service for the 5% of users that were affected in this incident. We're continuing to monitor the Cluster at this time. All users on Email Cluster A have full access to email.
Email Cluster A is Degraded
We're experiencing a repeat of the issue that we've been having with Email Cluster A recently. At this point, about 5% of users on Email Cluster A are affected and have no access to their email. The remaining 95% of users on Email Cluster A have full access to email.
We're working with our storage vendor to better understand this issue. It is our top priority to determine the root cause and prevent any further disruptions to service. We'll provide a further update shortly.
Email Cluster A is Online
Services have been stable for more than 15 minutes now. We're changing status to 'online' while we continue to investigate root cause. We apologize for the inconvenience. We've been working with our storage vendor since the initial event last week and we hope to identify the source of the issue soon.
Email Cluster A is Degraded
The slowness and timeout issues affecting users on Mail Cluster A have subsided. We're continuing to investigate the root cause of the event with the help of our storage vendor and we'll remain in Degraded status until we can verify that performance has returned to normal.
Email Cluster A is Degraded
We're noticing a problem similar to the incident we experienced last week with Email Cluster A.
About half of users of the cluster will be offline right now for webmail, IMAP and POP. The other half should be seeing normal service, although there may be slowness at times.
We'll update you shortly as we continue to troubleshoot.

Operations confirms all services of our Cluster A Email Service have been fully operational since 16:25UTC (12:25pm EDT).
Email Cluster A is Degraded
Our Operations team has been restoring service to the affected portion of users on Email Cluster A over the course of the last half hour or so. As of about 16:25UTC (12:25pm EDT), all users on Email Cluster A were back online. Any incoming mail that was queued is now being delivered.
We're continuing to monitor the Cluster very closely and we'll remain in a Degraded status for now.
Email Cluster A is Degraded
We continue to troubleshoot the issue affecting Email Cluster A. We've determined that about half of users on the Cluster currently have full access to their email as usual, with possible occasional slowness.
The remaining users on the Cluster will have no access to email via Webmail, IMAP or POP.
The next update will be provided at around 16:30 UTC (12:30PM EDT) or immediately if the situation changes.

We're continuing to investigate the issue affecting Email Cluster A. Users of Webmail, IMAP, POP and SMTP will likely experience slowness and an occasional inability to connect. Mail flow appears to be largely unaffected right now, but occasionally mail may be slow to deliver.
