Incident Report for OpenSRS

We experienced a brief outage for approximately 5-minutes which impacted our SRS and HRS systems, where users would have experienced intermittent issues with registering and renewing domains. All SRS services were recovered immediately but HRS services required manual intervention so there was some slight degradation of HRS services from approximately 7:30am ET to 9am ET but all issues are now resolved.
