Cluster A - Interruption of mail service

We experienced an interruption of service on Cluster A, causing an outage of email service and access through webmail. This was caused by a lack of response after a firmware upgrade, but services were back online within 8 minutes, and fully functional within 11 minutes (6:13 - 6:24 UTC).
