Investigating
We are currently experiencing high load on a few of the IMAP instances on Cluster A. Our engineering team is investigating the issue.

A subset of users on prod A cluster will be experiencing delays/unable to login in to webmail or retrieve emails through email clients (IMAP/POP)

We will provide an update once we have additional information.
