Identified

Trustwave has confirmed they have escalated the problem to their engineering team and we are awaiting further update from the supplier.

Investigating

We have confirmed an interruption to the SSL provider Trustwave and orders are failing intermittently. We have reached out to Trustwave in order to resolve the partial outage.
