Our team was able to restore services on cluster B as well as MAC functionality. We will continue to monitor the situation.

We continue to investigate the ongoing issues with Cluster B. Users may continue to experience login errors and domain provision/modification problems, as well as the inability to process actions via the MAC.

We are investigating an issue preventing some users on Cluster B from logging into Webmail. Also impacting the provisioning/modification of domains/users. Our operations team has been engaged.
We will provide an update once we have additional information.
