Update
Our team has been engaged and is working to resolve the payment issue. Reseller account orders using the existing account balance will still work normally.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing issues with our payment processor. Resellers may not be able to add funds to their account at the moment using Credit Cards. We will update again as soon as possible.
