Update
Resellers should now be able to login successfully again and complete domain registration orders.

We will monitor the situation to ensure no new problems arise.

Monitoring
Further investigations reveal Whois contact updates should also be failing. Our Domains Engineering has identified the issue to be an expired certificate on our Authentication servers and the certificate is now fixed. Please be advised Domains Renewal Orders were not affected by the issue. so renewals order should be working in order.

New domain orders are also impacted. Our Domains Engineering has been engaged and is investigating. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.

Client Impact: Reseller Control Panel login will be failing for Resellers and New Domains Orders will be impacted

We are currently experiencing an issue where resellers may be unable to log into their control panels. The matter is being investigated and we will provide updates as soon as they are available.
