Monitoring
Our operations team were able to identify and correct a misconfiguration. Affected users are now able to login fine through webmail and access mail via IMAP/POP3.

We are monitoring the update at this time.

Update
We are continuing to investigate the issue which is affecting a small subset of mailboxes. Affected users may get an error attempting to login to webmail or in attempting to retrieve mail over IMAP/POP3.

We will provide updates as we work through this.
